Upon registration, all drivers and instructors are initially waitlisted to verify eligibility and process registrations in the order received. Confirmation or waitlisting notifications will be sent to drivers no later than 30 days prior to the event. For confirmed drivers, payment processing will occur 30 days before the event.

During the event week, we will send an email containing links to essential details, including track instructions, track maps, and the schedule.

Hi-level schedule:

7 AM: Gates open. Tech inspection and registration open
8:10 AM: Mandatory Drivers Meeting
9 AM - 5 PM: track hot, with 1 hour break for lunch at noon

Lunch is provided for all drivers and instructors. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own lunch.

Guests are welcome! However, they must sign the event liability waiver upon arrival. Guests are responsible for their own lunch and must remain in the paddock area at all times—guest ride-alongs on the track are prohibited.

Tech Inspection

Before each event, you must complete a PreEventTechForm within a 30-day window. Tech form is updated for 2025 - make sure you have the latest version.
This form must be filled out, signed, and submitted electronically before the event.
You can either have a certified mechanic complete it or do it yourself if you feel competent.

Registration Status in the EVENT DASHBOARD:

New (Waitlist): Your registration request is in the queue, and you have not yet been accepted into the event.
Confirmed (Waitlist): The normal questions have been addressed, and your registration is ready to be confirmed. However, there is currently no available spot to accept your registration into the event.
On Hold: Your registration is being reviewed, or there’s an outstanding question that needs to be answered. This status may reappear if further action is required by the registrar or event team.
Confirmed: Your registration is valid and has been accepted by the event team.
You will receive an email notification when your status changes. Be sure to check your junk mailbox, just in case the message is routed there.

Payment:

Payment for all confirmed drivers will be processed 30 days before the event.
If you wish to cancel and receive a refund or credit, please do so at least 14 days prior to the event.

Logistics:

Drivers will receive notifications no later than 30 days before the event, indicating whether they are confirmed or waitlisted.
Payment processing for all confirmed drivers will occur 30 days prior to the event.
